辽宁滨海大道全线贯通 为中国里程最长滨海公路

新华社沈阳9月27日电（记者徐扬）经过3年多的建设，绵延1443公里的辽宁滨海大道，27日全线竣工通车，从而作为中国里程最长的一条滨海公路写入交通建设的历史。

　　据辽宁省交通厅副厅长李雁鹏介绍，辽宁滨海大道东起丹东境内的虎山长城，西至葫芦岛市的绥中县，全长1443公里，总投资130多亿元。这条路连接辽宁沿海6个省辖市、7个县级市、4个县和21个市辖区，沟通大小港口25个，连接工业园区228个，旅游景点133个。

　　今年7月1日，国务院常务会议讨论并原则通过了《辽宁沿海经济带发展规划》，从而为中国最北部的沿海地区提供了新的发展动力和机遇。滨海大道通车后，将作为辽宁沿海经济带陆路交通的主动脉，辐射和带动海岸线100公里范围内地区的经济快速发展，为沿海地区对外开放开发提供强有力的动力支持。

　　辽宁滨海大道全线建设不低于二级路标准，建设质量达到了高速公路标准，免费向社会开放。由于这条路与海相伴相邻，甚至有些路段直接跨海而过，也形成了一条特色的旅游观光带。
