深圳：党代表进社区听民声

新华网深圳11月21日电（记者王传真、赵瑞希）21日，深圳市正式启动党代表进社区联系群众工作机制。深圳市委市政府主要领导和全市400多名党代表一起深入社区，了解社区民情，倾听群众声音。 21日，在“深圳市党代表进社区启动日”当天，深圳市464名市党代表进入全市633个社区，倾听群众心声。广东省委常委、深圳市委书记王荣也以市党代表身份，来到通新岭社区，听取社区内党员和群众代表的建议，并进行走访活动。王荣表示，此次开展市党代表进社区联系群众工作机制，主要是为了三大目的，一是充分发挥党代表的作用，二是推动普通党员发挥作用，三是注重党员在社区中的作用。深圳市通过开展党代表进社区工作，来进一步加强和谐社会的基础建设。王荣说，社区的建设，光靠硬件的完善和社区工作站的十几个人是不够的。而要把各种各样的社会组织调动起来。其中，党组织的健全、党员作用的发挥是最为关键的。深圳近日出台了《深圳市市党代表进社区联系群众暂行办法》，要求党代表“与社区建立固定联系，到社区开展工作。深圳市的464名市党代表，将定期深入到全市633个社区。每一个党代表至少每两个月去一次其所联系的社区，每年最少要走访10户居民，从而建立党群沟通的固定渠道。王荣表示，将来各区党代表也要与社区建立联系。他鼓励全市31．8万党员发挥作用，参与社区建设，同时推动各种社会组织为和谐社会建设贡献力量。
